inVista no Bem: Building Futures of Shared Value

inVista no Bem: building futures of shared value
On November 29, during C3 Open at Arena BTG in São Paulo, inVista Real Estate officially launched inVista no Bem, its social responsibility initiative. The launch also marked the start of an ongoing partnership with Instituto Rizomas, which since 2017 has worked on the socio-emotional development of children and teenagers in Capão Redondo, in the south zone of São Paulo.
A new headquarters to expand impact
The focus of this first stage is to make possible the construction of the institute's new headquarters: a safe and welcoming space designed to receive more children, teenagers and families from the community.
Mobilization has already begun. Construction professionals and companies have confirmed donations of specialized labor, the initial supply of materials and technical partnerships for the work.
Results since the launch
- More than R$200,000 raised to sponsor the children served, fully earmarked for education, food and socio-emotional activities;
- More than 200 children and teenagers already impacted by the institute;
- More than 50 families served comprehensively;
- Labor, materials and strategic partnerships already directed to the new headquarters.
From brick to foundation
inVista no Bem expresses a purpose of inVista: to turn brick into a foundation of safety and well-being for society. In the division of roles, inVista conceives and promotes the project, Instituto Rizomas leads the socio-educational activities and the management of the new headquarters, and C3 – O Clube da Construção Civil expanded the visibility of the cause by hosting the launch.
For Thiago Leomil, founding partner of inVista, the project embodies the belief that true success goes beyond the wealth built and lies in the ability to build futures of shared value.
Manoela Moreira, executive director of Instituto Rizomas, highlights that every donation and every gesture of support allows the institute to expand its reach and offer an even better environment for the development of children and teenagers.
Get involved
Companies, professionals and individuals can contribute through financial donations, volunteering or by spreading the word. Every contribution helps turn the new headquarters into reality.
A new headquarters. A whole community. One shared purpose: to build futures of shared value in Capão Redondo.
