Founding Partners
Founded inVista Real Estate in 2023.
He began his career as a trainee at Banco Real and later worked as a consultant at Advisia Management Consulting. He entered the real estate market on the M&A team at Gafisa and worked in the finance departments of construction firms Adolpho Lindenberg and Camargo Corrêa. He served as a Director on the real estate investment team at Pátria Investimentos. In 2013, he founded the asset management firm Vista Real Estate, which was sold to XP Inc. in 2018, where he took charge of real estate funds. In 2019, he became a partner at GPS Planejamento Financeiro (now Julius Baer Family Office), where he was responsible for real estate development funds. He has over 20 years of professional experience.
He holds a degree in Naval Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP and an executive education in Real Estate from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.

He began his career as a civil engineer at Alphaville Urbanismo and later served as National Construction Manager at Gafisa and Even. In 2013, he founded the real estate investment firm Vista Real Estate, which was sold to XP Inc. in 2018, where Thiago took charge of real estate funds. In 2019, he became a partner at GPS Planejamento Financeiro (later Julius Baer Family Office), where he was responsible for real estate development funds. He brings over 22 years of professional experience in the sector.
Degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Paulista and an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

Joined inVista Real Estate in 2023.
Began his career at CBRE, where he spent 10 years, advancing from trainee to investment manager. Over the last 12 years, he has specialized in the Single Family Office segment, working with a broad spectrum of institutional and foreign investors. He brings extensive experience in the real estate market, having participated in sales processes totaling over R$ 3.5 billion in gross sales value. At inVista, he is responsible for organized asset sales processes and managing relationships with Family Office investors. He has over 15 years of experience in the sector.
Holds a degree in Production Engineering from the Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia.

Began his career as an intern at PDG Realty and Living Construction (Cyrela Group). Throughout his career, he worked at Accenture and served as a real estate development consultant at CBRE. Later, he was an acquisitions and real estate development manager at Vorare Investimentos. He has over 12 years of experience in the real estate market.
Holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Neuroscience and Psychology from Mackenzie Presbyterian University.

Began her career at multinational consumer goods companies such as BIC and Reckitt Benckiser, accumulating over 15 years of experience in marketing and business development. In the financial sector, she worked at Suno, where she structured the Partnerships department and led the communication and launch of more than 10 investment funds for Suno Asset.
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication from ESPM and an MBA in Business Administration from Insper. She is an investment specialist certified by ANBIMA (CEA).

Began his career during the first generation of the Brazilian internet, with roles at Mandic, UOL, and iG. He brings 30 years of professional experience in sales and marketing within the technology sector, having led businesses and sales teams in defining growth and revenue expansion strategies. As an executive or partner, he has participated in M&A processes with major market players such as B2W, Linx, and Zenvia.
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication from ESPM and an MBA in Business Administration from Insper.
Joined inVista Real Estate in 2025.
Began his professional career in corporate finance, spending over 16 years at Tenco Shopping Centers – Pátria Investimentos (portfolio company), where he reached the position of CFO. In this role, he led the treasury, back-office, controllership, and Investor Relations (IR) departments, in addition to spearheading financial restructuring projects. Most recently, he served as CFO in the land development sector, gaining solid experience in funding, planning, and compliance.
Holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Financial Management, with a focus on Controllership, Auditing, and Compliance.
Joined inVista Real Estate in 2025. She brings over 14 years of experience in leadership, people management, and business development, with a proven track record at multinational consulting firms. Throughout her career, she has structured departments, built high-performance teams, and led complex executive recruitment and governance processes. At inVista, she leads the People & Culture agenda, focusing on culture, performance, and talent attraction and retention.
Holds degrees in Business Administration and Hospitality and Tourism Management from FUMEC/MG. She has completed additional training in leadership, executive coaching, and organizational development at Insper, as well as various international programs.

She leads the development and management of social and philanthropic initiatives through inVista for Good, focusing on connecting the private sector with high-impact projects. A lawyer with experience in civil and family law, she has a background dedicated to social causes, particularly those involving children and youth. She is a co-founder of the Ubuntu Project – Vidas e Patinhas, which supports vulnerable people and animals.
Holds a Bachelor of Laws from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM and a postgraduate degree in Anti-Discrimination Law from Centro Universitário UniDomBosco.
