inVista Expands Social Impact with Support for Instituto Rizomas
inVista no Bem: engineering at the service of the community
Building goes beyond raising walls. Through inVista no Bem, our social responsibility initiative, we are supporting the construction of the future headquarters of Instituto Rizomas, in Capão Redondo, in the south zone of São Paulo.
The goal is to offer the children and teenagers served by the institute a safe space suited to their development, putting the technical knowledge of the real estate sector at the service of those who need it most.
How we act on the project
inVista no Bem takes part in the planning and technical development of the projects essential to setting up the space, including structure, foundations, retaining walls, and electrical and plumbing systems. These are the foundations that ensure safety and efficiency for the institution's future.
The initiative has the technical support of Setin Incorporadora and is currently in the planning stage, with the direct involvement of specialized professionals and industry partners.
Collaboration that multiplies impact
The project is the result of a partnership between inVista Real Estate, Setin Incorporadora and Instituto Rizomas. When companies share expertise and purpose, the result goes beyond the construction: it strengthens community ties and paves the way for long-term projects.
For Thiago Leomil, founding partner of inVista, inVista no Bem was created to turn investment into lasting social impact, because “building goes far beyond buildings”.
inVista no Bem continues to expand structured initiatives that generate shared value and a positive impact on communities.
A new headquarters. Different partners. One shared purpose: to create opportunities for children and teenagers in Capão Redondo.
